The terms of the invitation.

This website presents the DECEM practice. It is an introduction and an invitation to correspond, nothing more. Reading it forms no agreement between us, and creates no obligation on either side.

The terms below govern your use of the site. If you do not accept them, we ask that you do not use it.

The practice holds ten members to an Architect, and no more. Submitting an application, or writing to us, begins a private conversation. It does not guarantee admission, and it does not entitle you to a place.

Any membership, and the work it entails, is set out separately in a written agreement between you and the practice. Only that agreement binds us.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing here should be relied upon as such. The work of the practice is delivered to members under the care of an Architect and the terms of a separate agreement.

If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified clinician. Do not act on anything read here in place of that.

The name DECEM, the Medallion, the wordmark, and the text and imagery of this site are the property of the practice. You may read and share the pages as they are, but you may not reproduce, adapt, or use the marks or the content for your own purposes without our written permission.

These terms, and any matter arising from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one in effect.
