DECEM is a private practice. This notice explains what we collect when you make an enquiry or apply, why we hold it, and the control you keep over it. It applies to this website and to correspondence with the practice.

We collect as little as the conversation requires, and we hold it in confidence. Discretion is not an afterthought here; it is the premise of the work.

When you write to us at enquiries@decem.co, or complete the application form, we receive your name, your email address, and the information you decide to include, such as a short introduction and your reason for applying.

We do not track you across the web, we do not buy information about you, and we do not build a profile of you. What we hold is what you have told us.

We use what you share for two purposes only: to respond to your enquiry, and to assess whether the practice is the right place for you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in corresponding with those who approach us, and, where you have volunteered it, your consent.

We will not use your information for marketing, and we will not contact you for any purpose you did not invite.

Your information is seen only by those within the practice who need it to respond. It is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties except where we are required to by law.

We keep enquiries only for as long as the conversation, or your membership, requires. When it is no longer needed, it is removed.

You may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it entirely. We will act on any such request promptly and without condition.
